Refund and Returns Policy

This Refund and Returns Policy applies to all orders placed with Resilient Research Peptides (“we,” “us,” or “our”) through resilientpeptides.com. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

1. All Sales Are Final

Because our products are supplied for laboratory research use only and their integrity depends on proper handling and storage after delivery, all sales are final and we do not accept returns of opened or used products. This policy protects the quality and safety of research materials for all customers.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

We stand behind every order that leaves our facility. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us at info@resilientpeptide.com within 7 business days of delivery. Please include:

Your order number
A description of the issue
Clear photos of the product and packaging (for damaged or incorrect items)

Once we verify the issue, we will provide a replacement or a refund at our discretion.

3. Refund Method and Timing

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear after it has been approved, depending on your payment provider.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

We are unable to offer refunds or replacements in the following cases:

Products that have been opened, used, reconstituted, or altered
Orders reported after the 7-day window
Delays or failed deliveries caused by an incorrect address provided at checkout
Refusal of delivery or failure to claim a package

5. Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at [CONTACT EMAIL]. We can only cancel orders that have not yet shipped. Once an order has shipped, it is subject to this policy.

6. Lost or Stolen Packages

Title and risk of loss pass to you once your order is delivered to the carrier. For issues with lost or stolen packages, please see our Shipping Policy and contact us so we can help you work with the carrier.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
