This Shipping Policy explains how Resilient Research Peptides (“we,” “us,” or “our”) processes and ships orders placed on resilientpeptides.com. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.
1. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a second email with tracking once it ships.
We reserve the right to verify buyer eligibility before shipping and to hold or cancel any order that does not meet our Terms and Conditions.
2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We ship via USPS. Estimated delivery times after processing:
- Standard: 3–5 business days
- Expedited: Not available at this time
Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
3. Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected.
4. Domestic Shipping
We ship within the United States, subject to any state-level restrictions. It is your responsibility to ensure our products may be lawfully received in your location.

6. Shipping Restrictions
Because our products are supplied for laboratory research use only, they may not be available for shipment to all locations. We reserve the right to refuse shipment to any address or jurisdiction where the sale or receipt of research materials is restricted or prohibited.
7. Packaging
Products are packaged to protect their integrity during transit. We ship with a branded bubble envelope.
8. Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
9. Delays
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control.
10. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Title and risk of loss pass to you once the order is delivered to the carrier. If your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, contact us at info@resilientpeptide.com within 7 days of the expected or actual delivery date and we will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue.
11. Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by you. Reshipment due to an incorrect address may require an additional shipping charge.
